This Privacy Policy explains how Falaris ("the Application"), developed by Barış Kılıç ("Service Provider"), handles your information. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information Collection and Categories
To provide personalized fortune-telling and analysis, we collect:
- User Provided Data: Name, date of birth, gender, occupation, and employment status.
- Account Data: Email address via Google or Apple Sign-In.
- Visual Media: Access to Camera/Gallery for cup, palm, or face analysis (only with your explicit action).
- Location: General location for astrology-based accuracy.
2. Privacy-First Technology: Local AI & EU Storage
Our Unique Approach:
- On-Device Processing: Our AI and analysis algorithms run locally on your device. Your photos and personal reading data are not sent to external AI service providers.
- Secure Infrastructure: Your data is stored on our private Supabase instance, hosted on secure servers in Germany (Hetzner), complying with GDPR standards.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted partners for app operations:
- RevenueCat: Secure subscription management.
- Firebase & Google Analytics: App performance monitoring.
- Google AdMob: Personalized advertisements.
- Sentry: Crash reporting and bug fixes.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. You may delete specific readings from your history at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated records (email, history, photos), follow:
[Settings -> Delete My Account] inside the app. This action is permanent.
5. Children's Privacy
Falaris does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, such data is deleted immediately.
